The suede surface feels way better than the sticky mats I've used before, and it actually soaked up my sweat during a hot flow without getting slippery. The aqua green color is prettier in person too. Just had to hand wash it with soap and roll it up, which was easy enough.

Love how the rubber bottom keeps it firmly planted on my wood floors even during sweaty sessions. The suede top has a nice plush feel against my skin without getting slippery.

The suede surface is so much nicer to practice on than my old mat, and it really does absorb sweat without getting slippery. I just hand-washed it as described and it rolled right back up perfectly.
