手工編織棉質瑜伽冥想祈禱地墊

The weave is so dense and grippy that my hands stayed planted through every downward dog, even when I was sweating buckets. It’s lightweight enough to toss in my bag for the studio, and I love that it’s pure cotton and will break down naturally someday.

After my first practice on this rug, I was surprised how the natural cotton fibers kept me from sliding around in downward dog. It's breathable enough that it doesn't get clammy during a power flow session.

The dense cotton weave actually stays put on my hardwood floor, which I didn't expect from a rug this thin. It's grippy enough for power yoga without a mat underneath, and it folds up small enough to toss in my bag for studio classes.
